How Much Money Will I Walk Away With? 

This is the question on everyone's mind when they decide to sell. Below is an estimate of the closing costs associated with the sale of property in the Chicagoland area. It is meant to be a guide only and not an exact calculation. There are several variables that are specific to each property. Some of those may include:

  • Broker Commissions
  • Title Insurance
  • Attorney Fees
  • Survey (if applicable)
  • County real estate tax prorations
  • Final Water Bill
